These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and the rules, policies, terms, and conditions set forth in this document are the "Agreement".

This Agreement constitutes a Legal Agreement Between You ("You" Or "Customer User(s)") and Car Rental Albania. This Agreement governs your use of Car Rental Albania's services and Car Rental Albania Platform that facilitates communication between the parties. Our Services, Website, and mobile app make up the Car Rental Albania app platform.

By accessing, using, or registering with the Car Rental Albania App Platform, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as we may publish from time to times. Please read this agreement carefully. If you do not agree to be bound and bound by this agreement, you must immediately stop using the Car Rental Albania App platform.

By using the Car Rental Albania App platform, you represent and warrant that:
  1. Are at least 18 years old, are at least of the legally required age in the jurisdiction in which you reside, and are otherwise capable of forming binding contracts.
  2. You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you will so abide.
To the extent permitted, and except where prohibited by applicable law, these terms of use include:
  1. Your agreement that the Car Rental Albania App Platform is provided "as is" and without warranty, in accordance with the terms set forth in this agreement.
  2. Your agreement that the Car Rental Albania App Platform is only a platform that provides a method for customers to register to perform residential cleaning services, and that the cleaning app is responsible for any services provided by us.
  3. Your acknowledgment and agreement to Car Rental Albania App's cancellation policies and cancellation fees set forth in this Agreement.
  4. If you sign up for our service, you agree that your service will automatically renew after each prior appointment for the service unless you cancel in accordance with the terms set forth in this agreement.
    1. Car Rental Albania application is only one place for environmental service for families in Albania.
    2. The Car Rental Albania App Platform is a platform to enable a connection between individuals seeking to receive services ("Requesters") and/or individuals and entities seeking to provide services ("Car Rental Albania"). This is achieved through the Car Rental Albania app, which provides information and services related to home waste collection or moving.
    3. Car Rental Albania App performs the review only when the individual applies to register on the Car Rental Albania App platform. Car Rental Albania App warrants or represents that customer profile control information and activity is up to date. Mr. Cleanup App is responsible for conduct, whether online or offline, injury or damage arising in connection with our services.
    4. Collection of your personal data. Some of the materials available on the Car Rental Albania App Platform may require prior registration to access. If you choose to use such materials, you will be required to register. We may refuse to give you, and you may not use, a username, email address or screen name that is already being used by someone else; that can be interpreted as impersonation of another person; belonging to another person; that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any person; that is offensive; or that we reject for any other reason in our sole discretion.
    5. Password, and Security. You are the only authorized user of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any username, password, and account provided by you or us to access the Car Rental Albania App Platform. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, except that Car Rental Albania App may, under certain circumstances, access your account to make changes you request, such as more detailed location reset.
    6. Text messages and phone calls. By using the Car Rental Albania App, you agree and expressly agree to accept and receive communications from us, including via fax, text message (SMS), phone calls, push notifications, and other reasonable means to any of your contact numbers or addresses.
